Shipping & Returns Policy

1) Shipping

  • Order processing: Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after our daily cutoff 5:00PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
  • Carriers & rates: We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Rates/options (Standard/Expedited) are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan.
  • Delivery estimates: Standard typically 2–5 business days within the continental US. Expedited options available at checkout.
  • Address issues: Please confirm your address before submitting. Undeliverable/redirected packages may incur additional carrier fees.
  • Split shipments & backorders: Items may ship separately at no extra cost. Backordered items ship as soon as they arrive.
  • Damage or loss in transit: If your package arrives damaged or tracking is stalled for 7+ days, contact us within 5 days of delivery scan or expected delivery so we can file a claim and reship if needed.

2) Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Window

  • Parts (e.g., screens, batteries, cameras, charge ports, small components, adhesive kits): 60 days from delivery.
  • Electronics (e.g., tools/testers, boards, power supplies, accessories, devices): 30 days from delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Parts: do not install or remove protective films; no soldering; no signs of adhesion or tool marks.
  • Electronics: include original packaging, accessories, and serial/IMEI labels intact.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and inserts. Returns require an RMA.

Non-returnable items

  • Installed/used parts, items with removed protective films or bent flex cables.
  • Liquids/adhesives once opened.
  • Software licenses, special-order, or clearance/“final sale” items.
  • Items damaged by improper installation or mishandling.

How to start a return

  1. Request an RMA within the correct window (60 days for Parts / 30 days for Electronics).
  2. Pack safely. Write the RMA number on the box.
  3. Ship to the address we provide. Use an insured, trackable service.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, DOA on arrival) we’ll provide a prepaid label.
  • Otherwise, the buyer covers return shipping.

Inspections & refunds

  • Allow 3–5 business days after delivery for inspection.
  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method (minus expedited shipping).
  • Missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of use may result in a partial refund.

Exchanges

  • We can exchange after inspection or ship a replacement in advance with a temporary charge, refunded after your return passes inspection.

Defective on arrival (DOA)

  • Report DOA items within 5 days of delivery with photos/video.

3) Warranty

  • Parts: limited warranty against manufacturing defects (installation damage not covered).
  • Electronics: covered per manufacturer’s terms where applicable.
